Hi Pat... Glad to hear you're OK, sigh of relief. Just wandering what you put in your egg salad? If you use mayonnaise instead of Miracle Whip that could be the problem. Plus some people put relish in it, not for me though. I dice up bit of red or sweet onion and salt and pepper.. That's it... Miracle Whip, diced red or sweet onion and salt and pepper. Perhaps try some of your egg salad with the ham you have, it might make it taste better. I don't have egg salad very often but if I do it must be Miracle Whip. Love ya!! Kelly Winnipeg, Canada
